הנהלת האתר תעשה כמיטב יכולתה לאבטחת המידע אודות המשתמשים אך לא תשא באחריות לפריצות/חדירות בלתי מורשות למאגרי המידע למרות האבטחה והשמירה.
3. אמינות ומהימנות המידע:
אמינות ומהימנות המידע שנרשם באתר הינו באחריות המשתמש בלבד, האתר מאפשר למשתמש להתאים את השירות לאופי העיסוק וצורת הדיווח, התאמת השירות ע"י המשתמש הינה באחריותו המלאה והבלעדית ולא תהיה לו כל תביעה, דרישה או טענה, מכל סוג שהוא כלפי הנהלת האתר.

מדיניות התשלום עבור מרכיבי השרות השונים תוצג בפני המשתמש בעמודי האתר, התשלום כאמור הינו יחשב כתשלום לחודש שלם, אף אם המשתמש השתמש המערכת בחלק מן החודש, החיוב יהיה חיוב על חודש מלא ולא יחסי לימי השימוש. הנהלת האתר רשאית לשנות ו/או להוריד ו/או להוסיף ו/או לבטל את דמי השימוש באתר על מרכיביו השונים בכל עת, לרבות העלאת מחירים, וביטול מינוי ומניעה ממנו להשתמש בשירותי האתר.
הנהלת האתר תיהיה זכאית להפסיק את השירות למשתמש שלא שילם בעבור השירות וזאת ללא כל הודעה מוקדמת. השירות ניתן לביטול בכל עת, על ידי המשתמש.
9. קניין רוחני:
כל זכויות היוצרים והקניין הרוחני באתר ו\או בתכנים הכלולים בו ו\או בעיצוב האתר ובכל תוכנה, יישום, קוד מחשב, קובץ גרפי, טקסט וכל חומר אחר הכלולים בו - הינן של הנהלת האתר בלבד
אין להעתיק, להפיץ, להציג בפומבי, לתרגם או למסור לצד שלישי כל חלק מן הנ"ל בלא קבלת הסכמתה המפורשת של הנהלת האתר בכתב ומראש.
שם האתר, שם מתחם (Domain name) של האתר וסימני המסחר של הנהלת האתר הינם קניינה המלא של הנהלת האתר בלבד ואין לעשות בהם כל שימוש ללא הסכמתה מראש ובכתב.
10. דין וסמכות שיפוט:
הדין החל על הסכם זה ועל השימוש בשירותים הנו הדין הישראלי בלבד. ללא כללי ברירת הדין שלו, והכול בין שהשימוש בשירותים נעשה בישראל ובין מחוצה לה. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית והייחודית בקשר עם הסכם זה ו/או בקשר עם השימוש בשירותים מוקנית לבית המשפט המוסמך בעיר תל אביב – יפו בלבד ולא לכל בית משפט אחר.
הנהלת האתר רשאית לשנות מעת לעת וללא הודעה מראש, את התנאים המפורטים לעיל וכל שינוי כאמור, יתווסף ויחול על המשתמשים ו\או הצופים באתר, על המשתמשים החובה להכנס ולצפות בתנאים אלו מידי חודש בחודש ולפחות פעם אחד בחודש, על מנת להתעדכן בתנאים אלו.
